STEVE HARVEY: “The God I Serve Didn’t Bring Me This Far To Leave Me.”

Despite the success and high ratings of his talk program, “Steve,” Steve Harvey’s career took a serious hit when NBC canceled it.

In his famous statement, “The God I serve didn’t bring me this far to leave me,” Harvey drew courage from his faith and refused to let this break him. His response to the show’s cancellation was a powerful message of fortitude and faith in a higher power.

Harvey shared his belief that opportunities always appear to present themselves at the end of the tunnel in a viral Instagram video.

He claimed that everything that occurs, even the cancelation of his show, is a step toward bettering himself.

This viewpoint, which acknowledges that obstacles present chances for development, is consistent with the broader general conviction that hardships should strengthen rather than erode one’s faith.
